What are the shipping costs?
There are no shipping costs. We offer free shipping internationally.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The shipping time varies based on your location and our warehouse, at the checkout page after entering your location we will show you the estimated shipping time. Because we are an eco-friendly company we create our clothing on demand so we don’t waste anything. This does add an extra day to the process but we think it’s worth it!
What if I haven’t received an order?
If the order is lost on our side we will guarantee a full refund, any other reason you have not received the order we can not offer a refund.
Returns / Exchanges
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
Can I return an item for a full refund?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns unless there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within a week of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?
We do not do exchanges once the order is in the process of creation or shipped.
However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can change the size of an item.
